Location
Podere di Montecchio is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in a privileged position for visiting and discovering Florence and Tuscany.
We are on a hill 5 km from the historical centre of Florence. The position is very central and strategic as it is close to all the major centres of interest in Tuscany and at the same time immersed in the quiet of the countryside.
It is therefore possible to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a place far from inhabited centres but, at the same time, the convenience of being able to reach Florence and the tourist places in a short time. Cities such as Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pienza, Pisa and the sea on the coast are easily reached by car in 1 to 2 hours.

Arriving in Florence, take the A1 motorway in the direction of Rome, exit at Firenze Impruneta. Turn left at the roundabout towards Firenze-Galluzzo, continue for 1.5 km and turn left at Bottai, Via Colleramole. Go straight on following the road signs towards Convento di San Paolo. You will find our main entrance at number 12
From the south::
